In recent years, the call center industry has been facing serious issues such as labor shortages, recruitment difficulties, and rising operating costs. In addition, with the evolution of generative AI technology, there is a growing need to use AI to improve business efficiency. However, conventional AI systems have difficulty in identifying complex dialogues and advanced requirements, which limits their use in call center operations. In light of this, Masterpiece has developed “AI-BPO Agent” to realize automated telephone response using more advanced AI.
Masterpiece will continue to promote the optimization of business operations through the coexistence of humans and AI, starting with the provision of “AI-BPO Agent”.
