GNext Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with ONFET PTE. LTD. and OIO Holdings Ltd regarding a business partnership aimed at the release of “Discoveriez Credit Database,” which enables the sharing of customer information in a secure environment using “TSURU,” a blockchain infrastructure solution provided by ONFET.
Since its founding, G-Next has been promoting digital transformation of customer support and supporting the consistency of customer experience. We have built a system that allows companies to share and utilize information with each stakeholder in a timely manner. However, customer harassment has been recognized as a serious social problem in Japan in recent years, and as customer harassment increases, companies are reaffirming the importance of managing customer information and credit management, so companies and society as a whole need to take measures against it. Companies are required to formulate clear policies against customer harassment, improve the environment and provide education to protect employees, and take appropriate measures to handle complaints.
In response to such social issues, we believe that the introduction of the “Discoveriez Credit Database”, a customer information credit management service that utilizes blockchain technology, will contribute to improving transparency and security, and become a means of increasing the trustworthiness of companies.

We believe that blockchain technology can be a powerful tool in combating customer harassment by enabling companies to provide safer and more reliable services through data transparency, prevention of tampering, enhanced security, and building trust with customers, thereby enabling companies to reduce the risk of customer harassment and provide a better customer experience.
In addition, ONFET‘s blockchain infrastructure solution “TSURU” is designed to be optimized for enterprises, and offers unique solutions to traditional issues such as gas fees, integration with existing systems, and interoperability in different infrastructure environments. We plan to design flexible services to accommodate a wide range of companies.
