Dentsu Digital Inc. has signed a partnership agreement with virtual human AI company Aww Inc. to further strengthen its support for customer touchpoint reform using virtual humans.
Through this agreement, Dentsu Digital will combine its track record of transforming customer experiences through the use of AI and its data analysis capabilities with Aww’s highly accurate virtual humans and AI technology to strengthen its support for introducing virtual humans into companies’ customer touchpoints.
