Shannon Co., Ltd. has signed a sales partnership agreement with Pepacomi Co., Ltd. to expand the reach of ‘Shakiin,’ シャノン’s AI-assisted marketing automation and sales support platform built for small and medium-sized businesses.
The partnership is mainly targeting the construction and real estate sectors, where many smaller companies are still struggling with staff shortages, operational inefficiencies, and slow digital transformation. While the market is already crowded with DX and AI tools, a lot of SMEs still hit the same wall. The tools are often expensive, complicated to implement, and difficult to manage without dedicated IT expertise.

Shakiin is positioned as a low-cost, no-code sales and marketing platform that businesses can operate without heavy technical knowledge. The service starts at 30,000 yen per month and integrates directly with Cybozu Corporation’s low-code and no-code platform ‘kintone,’ which is already widely used by Japanese businesses for workflow and operational management.
Pepacomi already has experience building kintone-related business solutions, particularly in construction and real estate. Under the partnership, the company will now include Shakiin as part of its broader kintone-focused ecosystem and sales proposals.
The bigger trend behind this move is becoming pretty obvious across Japan’s SME market. Companies want AI and automation, but they want it cheap, simple, and tied directly into tools they already use instead of adopting another disconnected platform that creates more operational work than it solves.
