In response to the challenges facing public relations and PR activities of companies and organizations, such as a lack of internal resources and strengthening media relations, PR Inc. plans, produces, and distributes research releases using the three elements of “research capabilities,” “planning capabilities,” and “media relations.” The company will begin offering “n=FACT,” which combines the creation of research releases with public relations and PR support on a platform.
This service is a package service provided by CONNECTED MATERIAL Inc., a subsidiary of Material Group Inc., which provides comprehensive support for marketing communications, and “CLOUD PRESS ROOM”, a public relations and PR platform that provides two-way communication between public relations personnel and media representatives, both in real life and digitally.
In a survey on the current state of public relations outsourcing conducted among 503 public relations personnel who have used outsourced public relations services, approximately 90% of respondents cited a lack of public relations resources.
Additionally, the most common type of PR work outsourced was “creating and distributing press releases (43.1%),” and the reasons for outsourcing, after a lack of in-house resources, were “strengthening media relations (29.0%)” and “utilizing external expertise (28.8%),” indicating a need for building relationships with the media and specialized PR skills.
