Reaf Co., Ltd. has introduced a new corporate training program under its Claude Cowork initiative, aimed at helping companies effectively adopt generative AI while addressing concerns around security and usability.
The program targets both non-technical business teams and developers. For business professionals in roles such as sales, HR, finance, and marketing, the training runs over two days and focuses on practical AI usage, with participants building real automation tools during the sessions. For engineers, a separate Claude Code track covers everything from environment setup to secure AI-driven workflow automation.
A key focus is hands-on learning. Instead of lecture-style sessions, participants actively use their own systems and leave with usable tools. Security is also a major component, with roughly one-third of the program dedicated to data protection, risk management, and internal AI policy design.

The training is available online, on-site, or in hybrid formats. Companies can also significantly reduce costs by leveraging Japan’s reskilling subsidies, covering up to 75% of fees.
Reaf aims to close the gap between AI adoption and real business value, helping organizations move from experimentation to practical, secure implementation.
