Future Architect Co., Ltd., a major operating company of Future Corporation, is pleased to announce that it has commenced operation of “FutureBANK AI HUB,” an AI agent platform utilizing generative AI that works in high compatibility with “FutureBANK,” a strategic business system introduced to Gunma Bank, Ltd., starting in May 2026.
As a basic principle of its medium-term management plan “Growth with ‘Purpose’,” formulated in April 2025, Gunma Bank aims to strengthen its business foundation that supports sustainable growth through “DX/business reform,” “data utilization,” and “human capital.” This project is the culmination of a project based on the “proof-of-concept experiment for the use of generative AI in the lending business domain” that the two companies jointly started in 2024. As a result of repeated tuning of the AI, its effectiveness in business application was confirmed, and by combining our AI engineering capabilities with Gunma Bank’s many years of lending know-how, we have now reached full operation.
“FutureBANK AI HUB (tentative name)” is an AI agent platform developed with future business expansion in mind, based on the concept of “AI accompanying the entire lending process.” Its aim is to stabilize the quality and improve the productivity of lending and customer relations operations at regional financial institutions.

Leveraging its strength in providing end-to-end services from business consulting to system implementation, Future Architect has offered consulting services such as “FutureBANK” to over 30 regional financial institutions nationwide. In this project, we will combine our past achievements with our expertise in generative AI and implementation capabilities to realize transformation.
