Bplats, Inc. has signed a sales partner agreement with ORIX Rentec Corporation for “Subkan”, a centralized management service for corporate SaaS applications, allocations, and contracts.
As business operations become more digitalized and remote work becomes more common, it has been reported that the number of companies using various SaaS services is on the rise. However, this has created a challenge for corporate information systems departments, as they are faced with the cumbersome task of allocating SaaS services and managing contracts when employees are transferred or join or leave the company, and as a result, they are required to spend a lot of time on these tasks.
“Subkan” is a service that efficiently handles everything from internal applications to asset allocation and centralized contract management for SaaS services, which are becoming increasingly used within the company and have become more complex to manage. This reduces the workload of administrators in using IT assets and makes it possible to streamline operations.
