TMJ Co., Ltd., a Secom Group company that develops and operates contact centers and back offices (business processing centers), is pleased to announce that it will begin collaborating with Wizleap Co., Ltd. on customer referrals and other matters.
TMJ has been entrusted with many tasks from insurance industry clients, and as a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company, has a wealth of know-how regarding operational efficiency and CX (Customer Experience) in the insurance industry. In the midst of this, TMJ has been focusing on the complexity of the interactions between companies that solicit clients/provide cases in the “Joint Recruitment”* that has been expanding in the industry recently, and the insurance agencies that actually handle the consultations. With the aim of improving productivity throughout the industry and improving the CX of clients by providing cases to the appropriate insurance agencies, we will now begin collaborating with Wizleap.
In the conventional “joint recruitment” system, companies recruiting consultants/providing cases (appointment distribution) would have to make interview arrangements across multiple platforms, select distribution destinations with an eye on the success rate, and so on, which placed a heavy burden on both parties. The agencies that received the cases also had to input customer and negotiation information using different systems, which created a workload issue for both parties. As a result, there were CX risks, such as consultants taking a long time to arrange interviews and their needs not matching those of the agency staff.

Wizleap operates “Money Career,” a financial consultation platform where customers can receive advice on asset formation, life planning, insurance review, etc., and also operates “MC Market Cloud,” a case distribution system that improves the efficiency of insurance joint offerings and improves the success rate. As this system has been highly praised as a solution to resolve the issues faced by appointment distribution companies, the two companies have begun this collaboration in the hope of expanding business opportunities for both companies through mutual customer introductions, further enhancing the industry expertise of both companies, and providing more advanced services in the future.
