NTT West Japan Offers LIQUID eKYC for Phone Subscriptions

Liquid Inc. , a member of the ELEMENTS Group, will provide its online identity verification service “LIQUID eKYC” to telephone subscription rights offered by NTT West Corporation. This will enable online identity verification during name changes and allow for web-based name changes.

Liquid will now provide its online identity verification service “LIQUID eKYC” with the “T-method” and “eKYC Manager audit log option” for the procedure of changing the name on telephone subscription rights provided by NTT West Corporation.

This allows for online verification of identity during name changes, enabling web-based name change applications. Since the traditional submission of application forms and identity verification documents is no longer required, the process is simplified.

Furthermore, by providing the “eKYC Manager Audit Log Option,” financial institutions can meet the system audit requirements necessary to comply with the “FISC (Financial Information Systems Center) Security Standards.”
