Nowcast Provides DataLens Sales Solutions to Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development
Nowcast, a subsidiary of Finatext Group, has begun providing its corporate sales intelligence tool DataLens Corporate Sales and real estate database service DataLens CRE Sales to Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development. The deployment is intended to improve information gathering, research, and sales operations across the real estate developer’s business through the use of corporate and property-related data.
Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development works in real estate such as logistics and research facilities and also in retail and entertainment properties like commercial facilities and hotels. Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development believes that tenant acquisition, real estate (CRE) proposals and site acquisition research are key steps, in its development projects. Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development is now using data and digital technologies more and more to make these operations better and to find business opportunities.
The two DataLens services will support three main areas of the company’s operations.
Improving tenant acquisition for development properties
DataLens Corporate Sales brings together databases with details, about company locations and what those companies do for work. Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development can use these sets of data to find companies that might want to rent space in its development projects. This helps make the early research and supports more specific efforts to get tenants.
Strengthening land acquisition research
DataLens CRE Sales incorporates approximately 10 million property registration records provided by TRUSTART. It also includes a proprietary area extraction function that allows users to organize and examine property information based on multiple criteria.
These capabilities are intended to simplify the identification and assessment of potential sites for future development projects.
Supporting data-driven CRE solutions
The services also enable the company to combine corporate information, property ownership records, and relevant internal and external data. This can help streamline research and proposal preparation for CRE solutions, improve sales productivity, and identify additional business opportunities.
I use DataLens Corporate Sales, a sales intelligence platform to bring static and dynamic data sources together using corporate numbers. DataLens Corporate Sales pulls company registration information, employee numbers, recruitment advertisements, financial and investor relations information fundraising records and intent data.
DataLens Corporate Sales helps me in the sales process by scoring customer needs giving AI‑generated reports that show a company’s business situation and possible needs and automatically creating tailored sales outreach messages. DataLens Corporate Sales also connects with CRM and sales force automation systems such as Salesforce and kintone. DataLens Corporate Sales supports MCP connections so it can work with AI applications, like Claude Cowork.
DataLens CRE Sales is designed specifically for corporate real estate solution sales. It combines Nowcast’s database of more than five million companies with approximately 10 million property registration records from TRUSTART. The service also incorporates financial information, corporate property holdings, business locations, large-shareholding reports, recruitment information, and employee data.

Using these datasets, the platform helps identify companies that may have a high likelihood of selling real estate assets. It also uses AI to estimate property sale probabilities and supports customized analysis, including estimates of unrealized land gains and identification of potentially unused assets.
The service can connect with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and kintone, as well as business card management tools such as Sansan, allowing companies to manage previous sales discussions, meeting records, and transaction histories alongside property-related information.
Nowcast said it will continue supporting Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development’s use of data across its real estate operations, with a focus on improving sales and research efficiency and strengthening business development activities.
