Pinewood Technologies Group plc aka Pinewood.AI is now officially in new ownership. Ridgeview Partners has successfully acquired the company, whose business is a cloud-based software platform for automotive retail dealerships and OEMs.
It provides a single platform which can be used for several activities of the dealers like customer relationship management (CRM), sale, data analysis, aftersales, accounting etc. Cloud-based and AI-driven software solutions are essential in helping automotive companies manage their business operations through the unified platform.

This acquisition is being made against the backdrop of increasing pressure on automotive retail dealerships and manufacturers to optimize operations, engage customers better and utilize business data effectively. The deal gives Ridgeview Partners ownership of a technology business focused on this shift. RBC Capital Markets advised Ridgeview on the transaction, while Jefferies International advised Pinewood.AI.
