Resilire Co., Ltd. Signed a collaboration agreement with KPMG Consulting Ltd. To assist companies in determining supply chain risks and boosting resilience through risk management and business transformation.
This collaboration follows a time in which, due to geopolitical issues, economic security, devastating natural disasters, advanced cyberattacks, and more regulation across countries and regions, companies are encountering rising supply chain difficulties.
Even so, many businesses still don’t have visibility of the full supply chain. Many of the core issues and risks remain hidden, and existing systems also retain data about products position and source. This creates difficulties in determining the magnitude of disruption impact and taking preemptive action in such a crisis.
The same gaps create difficulties in managing risks on a day-to-day basis. As firms lack a consolidated view of their supply chain, they may not be able to assess the risk landscape and apply those insights to help inform the management of risk in advance of any disruption.
Resilire has a supply chain risk management platform, Resilire, that is cloud-enabled and offers supply chain visibility and risk detection to companies.

As a part of the project, Resilire will also benefit from the expertise of KPMG Consulting, who are experienced in corporate strategy development, implementation and facilitating dialogue with suppliers. The companies would like to enable companies to not only identify supply chain weaknesses, but also go ahead and correct them.
In tandem, the two firms will assist businesses in navigating this broader transformation process, from the visualization of risk scenarios to improving the quality of risk-based decision-making and increased resilience of the supply chain.
Through the provision of both supply chain risk visibility and strategy and implementation guidance, the two firms hope to help businesses gain a clearer picture of their exposure and respond to the more challenging risk environment.
