Money Forward Home has been selected as the launch partner for Meta’s personal AI agent, Muse, in Japan. The partnership will focus on integrating Money Forward ME, the company’s money management and financial visualization service, with Muse to help users better understand their financial position.
Money Forward Home has been using AI to move beyond basic financial tracking, with a focus on helping individuals make informed decisions about their finances. By connecting with Muse, which is already integrated with Money Forward ME, it will adopt this sort of setup and conversation with AI agent by providing household assets to the members.
By means of these conversations, users will structure their financial questions to be able to better visualize their household finance and wealth. The goal is to make the financial information more practical for when the time comes that people want to analyze and decide what to do.

It also marks a larger trend of AI in personal finance services, where technology is being researched as a method for providing consumers with financial information in a more accessible way. Instead of just providing another view into financial data, the integration, should it happen, could allow consumers to resolve questions through a conversation.
Money Forward Home plans to continue developing this collaboration to help users address their financial challenges. Further details about the integration and its availability have not been provided in the announcement.
