Digital Hearts has partnered with DeNA to launch AI Test Solution powered by DAAQ, a service designed to speed up software testing while maintaining quality through human expertise. The offering combines DeNA’s AI testing tool, DAAQ, with Digital Hearts’ software quality assurance and verification capabilities.
DAAQ automates parts of the testing process, including reviewing software requirements and specifications and generating test designs. According to DeNA’s internal results, the tool can reduce the workload involved in test design by up to 90%, depending on the project and its specifications.
Under the new service, AI-generated test documents will be reviewed and refined by Digital Hearts’ specialists based on the software’s characteristics and expected user scenarios. Automated computer systems will be tested by human testers then using their knowledge and discretion to locate faults.

There is also a cycle of feedback, with the results and recommendations from testing fed back into DAAQ to make it more accurate and effective. This is part of a wider trend of using AI to cut down on repetitive work in software testing, but keeping humans involved.
