ORLAB Co., Ltd. and DevRev Japan LLC have expanded their reseller partnership to help Japanese startups and growing businesses introduce AI-powered customer support. The collaboration combines DevRev’s AI platform with ORLAB’s expertise in implementation, training and ongoing adoption, with a focus on companies expanding across domestic and international markets.
As businesses grow, customer information often becomes scattered across support records, product documentation and internal knowledge. This makes it harder to maintain consistent responses as inquiry volumes rise and multilingual support becomes necessary. The two companies aim to bring this information together, helping teams respond faster while leaving decisions that require human judgment to staff.
ORLAB already uses DevRev’s platform in its Wawiwa data analysis education programme to answer technical questions and provide relevant learning information. Sensitive matters, including refunds, payments and personal information, are directed to staff.
