ReYuu Japan Co., Ltd. have entered into a basic distributor agreement and a basic referral agreement with our consolidated subsidiary, Next Security Co., Ltd., and will commence sales and referral of cybersecurity-related products and services handled by Next Security to our corporate customers and others.
In preparation for this sales partnership, we are currently selecting potential sales targets from our existing corporate clients and business partners, and are proceeding with proposal activities. After the contract is signed, we will work in cooperation with Next Security to sequentially propose specific products and services to these potential targets. Furthermore, with their expert support, we will deepen our sales representatives’ understanding of the products and strengthen our proposal system.
Specifically, based on the basic distributorship agreement, we will receive cybersecurity-related products and services from Next Security and sell them to our customers. In addition, based on the basic referral agreement, we will refer customers who have a need for cybersecurity measures to Next Security.

This will enable us to offer our corporate clients products and services related to cybersecurity measures and information security, in addition to our existing services of selling, buying back, and erasing data from mobile devices. Our aim is to improve the value we provide to our corporate clients and create new revenue opportunities.
