MOCHITEC Launches AX to Accelerate AI-Driven Transformation

MOCHITEC has partnered with Ricoh IT Solutions to accelerate AI transformation across its headquarters operations. During initial stage, the companies created a data analysis platform and evaluated process automation for performance management for about four months. The project tackled manual Excel-based processes and data discrepancies; the expected reductions in workload from upcoming deployments are around 30% to 40%.

Expanding upon this, phase two of the project puts AI agents into the asset management ecosystem to deliver operational assistance and aid decision making by employees. This initiative mirrors an enterprise-wide movement to ready business processes and data before making use of AI, thus enabling automation.
