In recent years, addressing the mental health of employees has become a crucial issue in corporate management. According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s “Occupational Safety and Health Survey (Actual Situation Survey),” 13.5% of businesses have employees who have taken leave for one month or more or resigned due to mental health problems . Furthermore, a survey by Leverages Co., Ltd. found that while 57.6% of regular employees have experienced mental health problems, more than 60% responded that they “do not have an environment in the workplace where they can talk to someone”.
