Cacco Inc. has entered into a business partnership with Jakarta-based PT Benar Benar Bagus, also known as bitbybit Studio, to expand fraud detection services across Indonesia’s e-commerce market.
Cacco provides fraud detection services for online shopping, including O-PLUX Payment Protection and O-PLUX Account Protection. Under the new partnership, bitbybit Studio will promote these services among the e-commerce businesses and brands it supports.
The partnership comes as Cacco continues to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia through collaborations with payment companies, digital technology firms and industry associations. The company aims to apply its fraud detection technology and experience developed in Japan to help build a safer digital commerce environment in Indonesia.
bitbybit Studio operates a commerce platform that uses AI agents on WhatsApp to support businesses with customer service, order processing, customer support and marketing. Its platform has been adopted by more than 1,000 brands across over 50 countries, including Indonesia.

The two companies will combine bitbybit Studio’s local network and knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce with Cacco’s fraud detection technology and expertise. The collaboration will focus on improving protection against fraudulent orders and unauthorized logins for businesses using the bitbybit Studio platform.
Looking ahead, Cacco plans to use O-PLUX Payment Protection and O-PLUX Account Protection to support more e-commerce businesses and brands operating in Indonesia. It also intends to leverage bitbybit Studio’s network of local businesses and understanding of the Indonesian market to expand the reach of both services.
The broader goal is to support a safer and more secure digital commerce experience for businesses and consumers in Indonesia.
