Thinca Co., Ltd. has started developing an integration between its AI communication integration platform, Kaicra, and Ielove CLOUD, a real estate DX service provided by Ielove GROUP Co., Ltd.
The collaboration is aimed at supporting the digital transformation of telephone support in the real estate industry. A key part of the integration will be the automatic registration of customer call histories, reducing the need for employees to manually record each interaction.
Manual entry has been a challenge for real estate companies, particularly because the process can depend heavily on individual employees. It can also make it difficult to build an accurate and consistent record of customer communications.
With the planned integration, call histories for individual customers can be registered automatically in Ielove CLOUD. This will make it easier for companies to efficiently accumulate accurate information about how calls and other customer interactions were handled.

The data can also be used to maintain records of communications with tenants and property owners. Thinca says this could help address disputes over what was or was not communicated about matters such as construction work and orders, while also supporting improvements in customer service and operational efficiency.
Kaicra is part of Thinca’s broader efforts to promote communication DX for businesses. The company also plans to explore additional functional integrations, including the use of call recording data.
By working with different industries and business systems, Thinca aims to expand these integrations and further advance the use of digital tools for business communication.
