Sumasapo Co., Ltd. has started a service collaboration between its tenant app ‘totono’ and Seed Corporation, which provides 24/7 emergency response services. The partnership is designed to improve how information is shared when tenants report problems involving facilities inside rental properties.
Tenant inquiries often require coordination between residents, property management companies and emergency support providers. Traditionally, much of this communication has been handled through phone calls and emails, creating an operational burden for management companies while making it harder to track the progress of individual responses.
Through the new collaboration, information related to facility inquiries submitted through totono can be shared between Sumasapo, property management companies and Seed Corporation. This creates a more connected process for handling tenant support and reduces the need for separate communication channels.

Property management companies can also use information gathered through totono to understand interactions with residents, check response status and coordinate with the relevant parties more efficiently.
Totono already supports communication between property managers and tenants by digitizing announcements and various applications. By connecting the platform with Seed Corporation’s 24/7 on-site support and call center BPO services, Sumasapo aims to further streamline tenant support operations.
The two companies will continue improving the collaboration based on operational results, with the goal of providing more convenient services for both property management companies and tenants.
