HENNGE Corporation has started single sign-on integration between its HENNGE One cloud security service and DRIVE SFA, an AI-powered sales support system provided by ELW Corporation.
As sales processes become more digital, customer information, negotiation details and activity histories are increasingly handled as digital data. DRIVE SFA applies AI to transcribe and summarize interactions between customer and salesperson, such as meetings, calls, and emails. Next actions are planned for sales teams. Training will also be supplemented.
With the new integration, HENNGE One users can access DRIVE SFA through single sign-on without having to manage separate IDs and passwords. This is intended to simplify access while maintaining security around the sensitive information stored within the sales platform.

The integration also enables security functionalities like IP restrictions and multi-factor authentication with device certificates. This will reduce the threat of unauthorized access and data leakage and enable employees to access DRIVE SFA without imposing additional operational burdens on their workday.
The collaboration comes amidst an expanding environment with the growth of SaaS systems and digital sales applications among enterprises. Secure access management is becoming an important part of that shift, particularly when sales systems contain valuable customer and business information.
HENNGE said it will continue expanding the range of SaaS products integrated with HENNGE One, with the aim of supporting companies as they strengthen IT usage and accelerate digital transformation.
