STANDS Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that its UI/UX improvement tool “Onboarding” has been adopted for the management screen of the “Hubble” series of contract management cloud services operated by Hubble Co., Ltd. as part of an initiative to support users’ self-management.
Hubble’s purpose is “to solve tangible problems with technology and create a future where the individuality and creativity of workers can be unleashed.” We develop cloud services, including “Hubble,” that support the construction and establishment of contract management infrastructure.
As the number of contracted companies increased, it became necessary to appropriately deliver update information to users and to continuously understand user satisfaction and needs.

In addition, shortening the onboarding period from the start of service use to user adoption and creating an environment where users can utilize the service early on was also a challenge. Therefore, in addition to providing information such as update information, a mechanism was needed to properly support users in operating the service.
Against this backdrop, “Onboarding” was selected because it was appreciated for its ability to provide not only existing user communication measures but also on-screen tutorials and operational support, all within a single tool.
