GIBRY has launched Track AI Role-Playing, a training tool designed to help employees practice work-related conversations with AI. The service can build scenarios from a company’s manuals and scripts, then adjust the difficulty based on how an employee responds. It also gives feedback against the company’s own evaluation criteria, rather than relying on a generic training model.

The idea comes as routine work becomes easier to automate, leaving employees to handle more situations that require judgment and stronger communication. Traditional role-playing can be difficult to scale because trainers have limited time and different trainers may teach the same situation differently. GIBRY is starting with call centers and contact centers, with plans to expand into sales, customer service and sectors such as finance, healthcare and welfare.
