Shannon Co., Ltd. and SIC Tech Co., Ltd. have signed a sales partnership agreement to help companies improve operations across sales and back-office functions using AI.
Under the agreement, SIC Tech will combine more than 30 years of system development experience with its AI- and OCR-powered quotation and invoice cloud service, CLOUD PAPER, and Shannon’s AI-powered all-in-one sales and marketing tool, Shakiin. The partnership will enable both companies to provide solutions that improve workflows across accounting, general affairs, and sales.
The partnership comes as companies face worsening labor shortages while being expected to reduce administrative workloads and increase sales with limited personnel. Tasks such as preparing and processing quotations and invoices can take time away from customer proposal activities. At the same time, many companies remain unsure about where to begin with AI adoption and how to measure its return on investment.

CLOUD PAPER supports cloud-based quotation and invoice creation, issuance, and digitization of received invoices, helping reduce manual entry and errors. Shakiin uses no-code and AI-assisted functions to support sales and marketing activities at a monthly cost of 30,000 yen. The companies will also use kintone, Cybozu’s no-code business application platform.
Going forward, SIC Tech will use its experience in system consulting, development, and post-implementation support to promote AI adoption and productivity improvements across industries nationwide.
