RIKAI Co., Ltd. and Extreme-D Co., Ltd. have entered into a business partnership agreement dated July 14, 2026, aimed at strengthening their technical collaboration across AI, high-performance computing, and cloud computing.
The partnership brings together Extreme-D’s expertise in AI, HPC, and cloud services with RIKAI’s development capabilities across Japan and Vietnam. RIKAI supports customers through software development, AI and DX services, and cloud development, while Extreme-D provides cloud and AI platforms designed to support digital transformation.
Under the agreement, the companies will work together on the design, development, testing, maintenance, and operation of AI, HPC, and cloud systems. They will also provide technical consulting, address technical challenges, and strengthen development support through skilled IT personnel, including secondment where needed.

The companies also plan to jointly explore new technologies and services.
For RIKAI, the partnership is expected to expand its technical capabilities and the range of solutions it can offer customers. It will also strengthen its ability to work in newer areas such as generative AI and support companies with their DX efforts.
Both companies plan to build on the partnership over the long term and contribute to new technology development and Japan’s IT industry.
