Raks and ROBOT PAYMENT have entered into a capital and business alliance aimed at expanding cloud-based solutions for billing and accounts receivable management. As part of the partnership, Raks will begin offering ‘Rakuraku Debt Management,’ an OEM product based on ROBOT PAYMENT’s ‘Billing Management Robot,’ from December 2026.
The partnership brings together Raks’ strong customer base in the corporate cloud services market with ROBOT PAYMENT’s cloud services and payment infrastructure. Raks has built a strong market position over its 26-year history while pursuing an integrated best-of-breed strategy across specific business operations. Strengthening its payment and accounts receivable management offerings has been a strategic priority.
ROBOT PAYMENT provides cloud-based services that automate processes including invoice issuance, settlement, payment reconciliation, and collection activities. Through the alliance, Raks aims to enter the debt management market by using these capabilities, while ROBOT PAYMENT will gain additional sales channels through Raks’ customer base.

The companies are also strengthening their long-term relationship through a capital alliance. Raks will acquire 3.10% of ROBOT PAYMENT’s outstanding shares, excluding treasury stock.
The new OEM offering is intended to help businesses reduce the risk of uncollected payments, streamline receivables operations, and support broader digital transformation.
