Favy will launch its ‘Custom Development Service for Individual Companies’ in August 2026, giving businesses using its mobile ordering and subscription SaaS access to company-specific features, management screens and user interfaces.
The service applies the Forward Deployed Engineer approach, with favy engineers and project managers working directly with clients at stores and headquarters to understand operational challenges before developing solutions. Projects can move from assessment to prototyping, implementation and improvement in cycles as short as two weeks.
The service is meant to fill that awkward space between the usual SaaS capabilities and those costly, drawn-out custom software undertakings. You’ll see it used for more involved system integrations, more tailored analytics dashboards, AI-driven operational recommendations, and even customer-facing interfaces that feel a bit more personal.
