Loglass Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the official launch of its “AI Solutions Business,” which develops and provides AI agents tailored to address challenges in the management and financial domains for individual companies.
In this project, we will build AI agents tailored to each process of business management operations and provide comprehensive support to our clients, from integration into their operations to successful adoption. Our specialized “FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)” will lead the implementation, enabling the advancement and transformation of corporate decision-making.
Background of launching the AI solutions business
With fluctuations in interest rates and exchange rates, and increasing geopolitical risks, reviewing the assumptions of our plans quarterly has become commonplace. The current management and finance departments are required to respond to requests from management, investors, and business units with accurate figures and insights “on the same day,” rather than waiting until “next month’s meeting.”

To enable such rapid decision-making, an increasing number of companies are utilizing AI. However, simply training AI with financial figures does not yield practical insights. To build an AI environment capable of supporting business decisions, it is necessary to incorporate not only numerical data but also the “business context,” such as the company’s business strategy, internal communication, and trends in the competitive and marketal environments.
This context is tacit knowledge unique to each company and is buried within daily business processes and decision-making. Therefore, simply introducing general-purpose AI tools often fails to capture this context, resulting in a constant stream of cases where insights directly relevant to management decisions are not obtained.
Through the development and provision of our management cloud services, we have been involved in the management operations of hundreds of companies, accumulating domain knowledge such as financial data structures, business flows, and the context of management decisions. Combining this expertise with our AI implementation capabilities, we have established the AI Solutions Business Division as a specialized organization that deeply engages with the operational needs of each company to support the transformation of decision-making.
