AI Strategy Partners and Scale-Up Solutions have signed a business partnership agreement to help companies go from these kind of isolated AI projects to a full scale AI driven transformation, you know, the whole thing.
This partnership is happening right when generative AI and AI agents are moving away from being just productivity helpers. Instead, they’re becoming systems that actually shape decisions, steer workflows and change how organizations operate. For a lot of companies, the real problem is not so much ‘should we use AI’ anymore, but more like, how do we rework business processes and the operating models around it.
AI Strategy Partners brings experience in AI implementation, AI agents, and governance frameworks. Basically, it helps organizations deploy AI responsibly, and also at scale. Scale-Up Solutions contributes know how in business strategy and execution, supporting teams through planning, operational shift, and those long term transformation efforts that take time, and coordination.

Both companies are located in Kumamoto and they kind of share the same goal, delivering globally competitive know how starting from a regional base in Japan.
In the partnership, the two firms will work together to back businesses across the whole transformation cycle, including AI strategy, reshaping processes, rolling out AI agents, building data infrastructure, handling governance, and doing workforce transformation, too. The aim is to let organizations become AI native enterprises, not just stick AI tools onto the current routines, like add on.
