Fujifilm Launches SME SaaS Governance Tools

Fujifilm Business Innovation has added a new SaaS management service into its IT Expert Services lineup, sort of aimed at small and mid-sized companies that are dealing with that growing cloud complexity. The idea is that they get a centralized overview of SaaS apps, user accounts, and access permissions, while the service keeps the busywork automated, like creating accounts, updating them, and removing access when employees join, shift roles, or simply leave the company.

Built on freee IT Management, the platform also figures out unused accounts, shadow IT, and risky file sharing patterns that can expose a business to security incidents. The launch kind of reflects a broader shift too, like companies are moving past just adopting SaaS and starting to care more about governance, access control, and dialing down the operational load on over stretched IT teams.
