Sekisui Chemical kind of adopted TalentX’s AI-native MyTalent Platform, and it’s supposed to help in a long-term recruitment push. They took what they already had with the employee referral program, then blended it with MyTalent CRM, so HR teams can reconnect with past candidates, former employees, and other likely hires using one more centralized talent pool.
Instead of just waiting for new applications all the time, the platform relies on AI to sort of suggest fitting roles, automate candidate outreach, and let recruiters spend more time on the actual hiring call, plus those relationship-building moments that are easy to miss.
