DentaLight Co., Ltd. and GENOVA Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce that they have begun API integration between “Genie,” a patient management system for dental clinics provided by DentaLight, and “Medical Dock Reservation,” a reservation system for “Medical Dock,” a medical media operated by GENOVA.
This integration will allow reservation slots and available slots on “Genie” to be linked in real time with “Medical Dock Reservation,” and reservation information via “Medical Dock” will be automatically linked directly to “Genie.”
Background and purpose of the business alliance
Currently, many dental clinics face the important challenges of acquiring new patients through the web and streamlining appointment management and reception operations within the clinic (promoting digital transformation). In particular, when accepting reservations through multiple web media and the clinic’s own website, manual adjustments to appointment slots, the risk of duplicate bookings, and the manual process of transcribing reservation data have placed a significant burden on staff.

DentaLight, with its mission of “Lead the Health,” provides “Genie,” a reservation and CRM system for dental clinics that has been adopted by many dental clinics, and specializes in optimizing in-clinic reservation management and patient communication. Meanwhile, GENOVA, with its mission of “Connecting people and medicine to create a healthy society,” has been supporting the digital marketing of medical institutions through the operation of the medical media “Medical Dock” and the provision of “Medical Dock Reservation.”
By integrating the systems of both companies via API, we will seamlessly connect the “medical media” that patients use to choose a dental clinic with the “in-house patient management system” operated by dental clinics. This will improve the convenience of patients making appointments, while simultaneously supporting dental clinics in “increasing patient acquisition rates” and “significantly reducing the burden on reception staff.”
