Findy has partnered with AI startup Preferred Networks (PFN) in a sales collaboration that begins on June 18, 2026. The partnership centers around the integration of PFN’s domestically developed AI model, PLaMo, into Findy Insights, Findy’s AI agent built for hypothesis testing and business development support.
The collaboration is aimed at helping companies improve how they validate ideas and develop new products. While generative AI is rapidly changing business processes, new business development remains a challenge. Around 93% of projects fail to recover their investment, and nearly 80% of companies face difficulties during the go-to-market stage.
To address this, Findy has adopted PLaMo for Findy Insights, leveraging the model’s strong Japanese language capabilities. The integration is expected to improve functions such as customer interview analysis, competitor research, and insight extraction.

The agreement also makes PFN a sales partner for Findy Insights. Through a newly signed sales agency arrangement, PFN will offer the PLaMo-equipped platform to companies involved in new business creation and product development.
PLaMo is PFN’s generative AI platform developed from scratch in Japan. It includes multiple versions designed for different use cases, including PLaMo Prime, PLaMo Lite for edge devices, a finance-focused model, and PLaMo Translation.
Findy Insights combines AI research management, AI insight management, and AI solution management into a single platform. It automates tasks ranging from market analysis and customer interview analysis to solution prioritization, helping organizations reduce analysis workloads and speed up hypothesis testing.
