VIG Inc. has launched VIG AI Hub, a platform designed to help companies figure out where AI actually fits inside their operations before jumping into implementation. The service connects businesses with AI consultants and operators who specialize in business process optimization, especially for companies still stuck at the ‘we know AI matters but don’t know where to start’ stage.
The launch kind of points at a larger problem across the AI scene. Most companies are grabbing generative AI tools pretty fast, but hardly anyone is reworking the actual workflows around them, you know. As McKinsey’s 2025 State of AI report says, AI adoption is rising fast, yet only a small slice of organizations has really folded AI into daily operations at scale.
VIG AI Hub focuses on defining tasks first. Through structured ‘request sheets,’ consultants help companies map challenges, expected outcomes, budgets, timelines, and AI use cases before projects begin. The platform then connects firms with AI practitioners for deployment, evaluation, and scaling, kind of like that.

The model indicates a noticeable move in enterprise AI from just tool experimentation, toward operational restructuring, and also quantifiable workflow redesign.
