x3d has launched a new AI development support service built around Digital Twins, Persona AI, and custom AI models for enterprises. The idea is pretty simple. Most companies already sit on years of internal data, operational knowledge, employee expertise, and customer experience insights, but very little of it is actually being turned into usable AI systems.
The company says a lot of AI projects still get stuck at the PoC stage. Teams test ideas, run pilots, then hit a wall once real deployment, maintenance, and scaling enter the picture. That is the gap x3d is trying to target.
Its Digital Twin offering focuses on digitally recreating operations, equipment, and customer behavior for prediction and optimization. Persona AI is aimed at capturing how experienced employees think and make decisions so that knowledge can spread across teams instead of staying locked with a few people.

The service also includes custom AI models trained on company-specific workflows, with x3d handling everything from short-term testing to long-term operational support.
