RobinX.AI has launched a new AI-powered dispatch system built for Japan’s logistics sector, targeting operational issues that have been getting worse across the industry. The launch comes as logistics companies continue dealing with driver shortages, tighter labor regulations, rising costs, and lower delivery efficiency linked to Japan’s ongoing ‘2024 problem.’
The platform uses AI to process order volumes, vehicle status, traffic conditions, warehouse activity, and delivery schedules to automatically generate dispatch and transportation plans. The goal is simple. Cut down the manual coordination work that dispatch teams still heavily rely on and improve fleet utilization in real time.
The system also includes dynamic route optimization, berth coordination between warehouses and transport vehicles, driver work-hour visibility, and centralized management across multiple sites.

RobinX is positioning the platform as more than a scheduling tool. The company says it plans to connect the system with autonomous logistics vehicles, unmanned forklifts, and automated warehouse infrastructure in the future as Japan’s logistics industry continues shifting toward AI-led and partially automated operations.
