Jinjer Inc., provider of the integrated HR system “Jinjer,” announces the launch of “HR Signals,” a series of functions that use AI to comprehensively analyze HR data and derive insights for solving organizational and employee challenges.
As the first step in this initiative, we are pleased to announce that we will be gradually rolling out a “Resignation Alert Function” to “Ginger HR & Labor Management” starting in June 2026. This function uses AI to analyze HR data such as attendance, salary, performance evaluations, and transfer history that are automatically accumulated on “Ginger” to detect early signs of employee turnover.
Background of the implementation of the “HR Signals” series
Currently, Japanese companies are facing a serious labor shortage. In particular, the increase in work styles where employees only fulfill the minimum responsibilities, often referred to as “quiet retirements,” and the outflow of talented personnel are resulting in significant business losses.

In this context, the revised version of the “Guidelines for Visualizing Human Capital”, announced in March 2026, also strongly emphasizes the need to “visualize the impact of talent drain on business performance and to clearly define specific actions.”
Going forward, we plan to further expand the types of “behavior-driven” data that the AI references, dramatically improving the accuracy of the analysis. This series aims not only to identify employee distress but also to provide signals that transform important management decisions, such as optimal staffing and talent acquisition, into confidence, thereby advancing human capital management.
