Fabrica Co., Ltd., together with HASH Co., Ltd. and Undefined Co., Ltd., has jointly established ELTOA Co., Ltd. to develop “ELTOA,” a service that enables easy implementation of conversational AI virtual assistants.
In this project, Fabrica will integrate its production, design, and backend/AI development capabilities with HASH’s high-quality CG production technology and Undefined’s interactive experience implementation technology to provide a new solution that realizes dialogue as a brand experience.
Background of establishment
In recent years, advancements in generative AI and large-scale language models (LLMs) have significantly transformed the “dialogue experience” at the point of contact between businesses and users. However, traditional chatbots and voice UIs have limitations in contextual understanding and the ability to reproduce nonverbal communication, failing to provide a “natural experience like talking to a person.”

Furthermore, while the introduction of such conversational interfaces is progressing, there are cases where they function as responsive tools but are not sufficiently integrated with the brand’s worldview and experience design.
At Fabrica, having supported the creation of customer touchpoints through brand visual design and experience content, we have come to understand the need to maintain consistency in the brand experience even in the realm of conversation.
It was against this backdrop that the AI-powered virtual assistant “ELTOA” was born. ELTOA is characterized not only by providing technologies such as high-definition CG humans and conversational AI, but also by its ability to build brand visual design, experience design, and dialogue design as an integrated whole.
This helps to realize a consistent brand experience at all customer touchpoints, including stores, offices, exhibitions, and online customer service.
