Ubiquitous AI Inc. has signed a distributorship agreement with SecEdge, Inc. to bring TPM 2.0 compliant firmware TPM technology into the Japanese market. The focus is SEC TPM, SecEdge’s firmware based TPM, and its integration with Ubiquitous AI’s own TPM software stack, Ubiquitous TPM Security.
This is about tightening security at the device level, not adding another dashboard in the cloud. IoT and edge devices are always connected now. They receive remote updates. They operate in distributed environments. That makes device integrity and authenticity non-negotiable.
Manufacturers who deliver products worldwide must meet the requirements of European Cyber Resilience Act and IEC 62443 and National Institute of Standards and Technology guidance. Meeting those requirements inside embedded systems is not trivial. It often means hardware changes and deep technical expertise.

The partnership aims to lower that barrier. By combining firmware TPM with an established software stack, the companies want to simplify implementation while strengthening compliance. For device makers, the pitch is straightforward. Reduce development strain, lock down devices, and align with international security standards without redesigning everything from scratch.
