Avidea Inc. has released greenative-skills on GitHub as an extension for Claude Code, aiming to close a gap most AI coding tools still struggle with. Writing code is easy. Getting that code to run reliably across real data infrastructure is not.
The extension connects Claude Code to the Greenative Platform, allowing users to execute data processing and ETL tasks using natural language. Instead of writing SQL, building scripts, wiring APIs, and managing storage manually, users can issue plain-language instructions. The platform handles extraction, transformation, storage, API execution, and database state management in the backend.
The existing problem requires a solution because AI coding agents are developing at a rapid pace while enterprise data systems remain disorganized and incomplete. The actual worth of the solution exists at the point which connects both sides of the divide. With greenative-skills, data movement and processing stay inside the Greenative Platform, reducing the need for custom scripts and additional infrastructure layers.

The bigger trend is obvious. AI agents are moving from code generation to operational execution. If they can reliably run business workflows, not just draft them, that shifts how teams think about data engineering altogether.
