TDC Soft established a partnership with Scaled Agile to create Japan’s first AI Native program. The move is about one thing. Organizations should implement AI through their operational activities rather than conducting separate testing.
AI adoption is accelerating, especially with generative AI. A proof of concept is where most organizations are stranded. The tough part of the AI projects is how 80% fails to meet the desired results. The issue is not the technology itself. The organization lacks a fundamental AI-based organizational structure and work processes which should have been established from beginning.
TDC Soft plans to address that gap through training and consulting built on Scaled Agile’s EDGE framework. The focus is practical. Help companies embed AI into people, structures, and workflows so value is created continuously, not experimentally.

Consulting and training services will begin in April 2026. Consulting will support companies in moving beyond PoC and integrating AI into core operations. Training programs include a two day AI Native Foundations course for all employees, covering AI basics and the EDGE framework, and a three day AI Native Change Agent course for leaders driving transformation.
The broader intent is clear. Shift from using AI as a tool to building AI based work styles across the organization.
