Miichisoft has launched a generative AI proof of concept development service aimed at companies that want to test AI ideas but lack internal expertise or clear execution paths. Announced on January 28, 2026, the service focuses on turning early stage concepts into working prototypes within two to four weeks, at costs claimed to be 40 to 60 percent lower than typical onshore projects.
The company positions the offer around three common bottlenecks. Many firms struggle to define practical AI use cases tied to business outcomes. The increasing demand for artificial intelligence professionals in Japan creates difficulties for companies which need to develop their own AI systems. The implementation of successful pilot programs encounters delays because organizations lack essential infrastructure resources which are needed to build scalable systems.
Miichisoft combines Vietnam based engineering resources with experience in the Japanese market to address these issues. Its team supports clients from use case definition through pilot testing and production rollout. Early PoC examples include an internal HR chatbot that reduced response time by up to 80 percent and a LINE integrated restaurant chatbot that improved reservation handling.

The general pattern shows that organizations require three specific operational improvements plus production-ready AI solutions which need to be tested more efficiently and monitored at lower expenses.
