rakumo Debuts rakumo Agent Beta Using Google GenAI

Rakumo Inc., a provider of cloud-based groupware expansion tools, has begun offering a beta version of “Rakumo Agent,” an AI agent that utilizes Google’s generative AI technology, in the latest update of its “Rakumo for Google Workspace series.”

Under the vision of “Make work easier and more fun,” rakumo is developing and providing services to support corporate organizational reform and realize “the next normal way of working.” As part of this initiative, in July 2025, the company announced a major update, including development plans for “rakumo Agent,” which utilizes Google’s advanced AI technologies (Gemini, Vertex AI, etc.).

The newly launched beta version of “rakumo Agent” will be the first to integrate with rakumo Calendar. rakumo Agent acts as a personal secretary for each user, supporting daily operations by helping them manage tasks and schedules more efficiently in a natural, interactive manner, without the need for complex operations.
