Aqualeaf Co., Ltd. has officially launched a new AI chatbot service called SuttoChat. The service went live on February 5, 2026. What Aqualeaf is pushing here is simplicity. No scenario design. No script writing. No long preparation phase before anything works.
SuttoChat is built to cut down the time it normally takes to introduce a chatbot. In many cases, setting up a conventional chatbot can take one to three months. That usually involves defining flows, writing scripts, testing edge cases, and making repeated adjustments. With SuttoChat, Aqualeaf says deployment can take anywhere from ten minutes to one day. Companies just generate an HTML tag and embed it into their website. Once that is done, the chatbot is ready to start answering questions automatically.
Another big feature is how users access it. SuttoChat works through QR codes. People can scan a code and jump straight into the chat screen. That makes it easy to use in physical locations, not just on websites. Posters. Flyers. Signage. Event materials. All of those can act as entry points. Because of this, the service is positioned for places like tourist attractions, hospitals, public facilities, and event venues. The idea is to reduce waiting times and ease pressure on staff, both online and on site.

The chatbot also supports multilingual interaction. Even if the company only registers source documents in Japanese, SuttoChat can respond in the language the user types in. This makes it useful for inbound tourism and public facing services where language support is often limited. On top of that, organizations can customize the chatbot’s character to match their brand or use case.
There is also support for voice input in Japanese and English, which helps users who prefer speaking rather than typing. SuttoChat can be used on a short term basis as well, which fits events or temporary installations. From an infrastructure standpoint, the service runs on Microsoft Azure and is designed for business use, with an emphasis on security and stability.
Aqualeaf is positioning SuttoChat as an easy entry point into AI for smaller organizations. There is no initial cost. Pricing is based on a simple monthly fee. The message is clear. This is meant for teams that want AI support quickly, without needing specialists or long implementation cycles.
