AIQ Corporation has launched ‘Knowledge Studio (Beta),’ an interactive knowledge product. It aims to rethink how people work with knowledge. Many employees struggle even when information exists. In some instances, simply consulting a person could eliminate the issue, however, the very act of asking looks like a weight. This product deals with those separations in human relationships which are not mended by the use of tools only.
Remote work and complex processes mean companies have lots of documents, information, and in-house AI. But manuals and FAQs often fail. Employees may not understand the context behind decisions. Searching does not always give answers, so people rely on those who already know.
Traditional AI works well for clear answers, but daily operations rely on tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge is the experience and reasoning behind decisions. Knowledge Studio learns from real questions and answers exchanged in work. When it cannot answer, it checks with experienced staff. These interactions become knowledge itself.

Manuals do not need constant updates. The AI evolves as the workplace changes. It passes on current practices naturally. The product is not meant to replace general AI but to ensure human experience and judgment are shared with the next person.
