Code Chrysalis, Inc. announced the launch of its CC Bootcamp program, a training course designed to rapidly develop product teams that drive in-house software development. The program will begin on January 13, 2026.
Improving management agility is important to promoting DX, and approaches to increasing agility require initiatives such as agile practices, data utilization and the renewal of legacy systems to achieve this, the use of AI and generative AI, and in-house system development. According to “DX Trends 2025,” published by the Information-Technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA) in June 2025, the in-house development rate for core business/competitive areas is 48.5% in the United States, compared to just 28.2% in Japan. Furthermore, as a challenge in promoting in-house development, over 80% of companies that are moving in-house cited difficulty in securing and developing human resources.
The survey also found that the type of personnel most lacking in promoting DX are business architects, accounting for 43% of respondents. The IPA’s analysis suggests that the lack of personnel who can handle DX initiatives from the initial stages through to implementation and verification may be affecting the success of DX.
