VOYT Inc., which provides the AI ​​intercom “VOYT CONNECT” that connects the workplace, is pleased to announce that it has conducted a third-party allotment of new shares with Mitsubishi UFJ Capital No. 9 Investment Business Limited Partnership, ICOM Inc., and DEEPCORE TOKYO No. 2 Investment Business Limited Partnership as underwriters.

With this investment, we will become a strategic alliance partner with Icom, a leading company in the wireless communications field, and accelerate our multifaceted collaboration that goes beyond the development and provision of “ICOM CONNECT,” which is based on our technology. The two companies will combine Icom’s highly reliable, high-quality wireless communications technology with our voice AI technology to jointly develop next-generation communications solutions that promote digital transformation in workplaces facing social challenges such as labor shortages and lagging digitalization.
