Tenda Co., Ltd. and Needswell Co., Ltd. have begun collaborating in the field of software testing, utilizing Tenda’s automatic business manual creation tool, “Dojo®.” This collaboration will combine the strengths of Needswell’s high-quality software testing services with Tenda’s automated recording manual solution, “Dojo,” to realize an efficient and highly accurate quality assurance system, from test design to operational testing and user training.
Needswell provides one-stop services from test design to management based on a professional system that complies with ISTQB (international software testing qualification standards) and has an advanced automation infrastructure. Meanwhile, Tenda has developed “Dojo,” which automatically captures operation records and enables anyone to generate procedure manuals and evidence of the same quality. By combining the strengths of both companies, we will provide the following value to our customers:
Improved quality through automatic generation of test trails
By simply performing manual testing as usual, you can automatically obtain evidence, paste images into Excel files, and even document the results, improving accuracy and quality.
Cost reduction through efficient test report creation
The ability to easily create operating procedures, handover documents, and training materials helps to start and finish projects quickly, resulting in significant reductions in labor costs.
Improved productivity through improved error reproducibility
The operation history with screens allows you to easily reproduce the steps taken when an error occurs, helping to improve productivity by quickly identifying the location of the problem.

This collaboration will combine Needwell’s high-quality software testing system, based on ISTQB/IVEC certification, with the automatic recording and trail generation function of Tenda’s automatic manual creation tool “Dojo,” with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of the entire testing process.
Specifically, Needwell utilizes Dojo in its operational testing and user training areas to automatically generate evidence as tests are conducted. Accurate evidence can be obtained upon completion of testing, greatly improving the efficiency of report creation and review work.
Furthermore, by combining Needwell‘s test design and management know-how with Tenda‘s “Dojo,” we can automate and standardize the labor-intensive processes of test preparation, training, test execution, defect correction, and retesting. This will simultaneously achieve three elements: improved quality, reduced costs, and increased productivity, helping to resolve issues at development sites.
